Remanufacturing Process:
Remanufacturing restores used or end-of-life products to “like-new” condition by replacing worn or damaged parts and upgrading products to the latest design standards. Our overhaul process consists of five key steps:

Tactair offers advanced manufacturing capabilities, including CNC mill-turn lathes, horizontal mills with pallet systems, and precision cylindrical grinding and honing. Our manufacturing process also incorporates sophisticated assembly and testing procedures, utilizing specialized tools and a variety of test stands. Quality is maintained with the use of multiple Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Vision Inspection Systems.

As a design-to-build manufacturer, Tactair collaborates closely with customers to either select an existing design or develop a custom solution tailored to their specifications. By using computer modeling during the design phase, we verify performance early on, ensuring customer confidence throughout the product development process.
