TACTAIR NOSE WHEEL STEERING SYSTEM TESTED DURING MRJ STARTS LOW SPEED TAXIING TESTS
Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) started June 8, 2015 low speed taxiing tests with the first flight test aircraft of the MRJ (Mitsubishi Regional Jet), their next-generation regional jet. The current taxiing will be performed to confirm braking at low speeds and the directional steering capability of the Tactair Nose Wheel Steering system.
