Tactair Fluid Controls Inc. announces the acquisition of select aerospace product lines of York Industries, Inc. Tactair will be consolidating the engineering, manufacturing, and marketing of the product lines into its existing operation in Liverpool, New York.
The acquired product lines include Yorks: aerospace hydraulic accumulators, self displacing accumulators (SDAs), gas bottles, fire suppressant valves, auxiliary hydraulic power packs, and hydraulic hand pumps. The aerospace accumulator product line includes Yorks full MS accumulator offering. The acquired product lines expand Tactairs existing customer and product mix.
